  1. What languages are supported by these editors and to what extent? Seems like this is the most crucial piece along with whether they have built-in integrations with LLM tools and plugins.

    1. It’s 2026… pretty much all modern editors support LSP, and virtually all languages have at least one language server implementation. Some even have multiple.

      As for LLM tools, most people don’t need them. If one does need them, these editors all come with plugin systems, so most probably there are plugins available.
